Online Personal Training is available for any individual who is looking to optimize their movement system through individualized program development and one on one attention. Whether you are a professional/pre - professional dancer, recreational athlete or looking to maintain healthy and and functional movements personal training is an effective way to achieve your goals.

Pilates 

Pilates is a safe and efficient way of cross-training for anyone trying to come back from injury. The instructor works closely with the physical therapists at WSDPT in order to help clients achieve goals ranging from core stability to increasing flexibility. Each session is customized to a client’s individual needs.
