  • For all new patients, fill out the necessary paperwork online after scheduling your appointment.​​

Our Physical Therapy appointments typically consist of:

  • A comprehensive evaluation looking at your area of concern as well as addressing any factors that may affect your success. 

  • A plan that may combine hands-on manual therapy, a bio-mechanical analysis, specific movement exercises and strengthening to address your unique needs.

  • One-on-one care to give you the time and focus that you need; Initial appointments are 60 minutes and follow up visits are scheduled for 45 minutes.  ​

  • Our staff is trained in the use of diagnostic ultrasound to assist with the musculoskeletal diagnosis and for real time bio - feedback of muscle function.

  • We use BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) technology and tools to facilitate muscle strengthening.  

What we treat

What we treat - Our staff are highly trained in treating a variety of musculoskeletal orthopedic conditions.  This list is not exhaustive and If you do not see your issue listed, please reach out to us and we would be happy to help you.  

  • Ankle sprains

  • Acute and chronic spinal pain

    • Metatarsal stress fractures, neuromas, plantar plate tears, hammer toes, bunion, big toe pain, sesamoid injury​

  • Tendinopathy of the upper and lower extremities

    • Rotator cuff, patellar, achilles, flexor hallucis longus, posterior tibialis, peroneal, Tennis elbow, Golfers elbow, Gluteal tendinopathy

  • Hip pain 

    • Labral tear, hip impingement, snapping hip syndrome​

  • Post - operative rehabilitation from foot or ankle surgery​​

    • Os trigonum removal, FHL release, ​Cheilectomy, bunion surgery, 

  • Return to activity after injection therapy 

    • PRP, Prolotherapy, cortisone injection ​

  • Post - operative rehabilitation from total joint replacements

    • Hip, knee, shoulder​
