After training my own voice for 15 years I have developed a program that brings out the full potential in your instrument. These techniques will help you develop vocal freedom safely and without strain while bringing more and more resonance and range to your voice. We will also work to improve lung and diaphragm mobility resulting in more oxygen to the brain and body! In the first half of the lesson, we focus on vocalizing exercises that involve different vowel sounds and scales, breath work, and facial muscle movement. These combined exercises bring more flexibility and stamina to your voice. The second half of the session is focused on your singing and performance. These sessions are not just for singers, I have helped fitness coaches strengthen their speaking voice as well as students that have Parkinson's to help revive their voice.
